Receptionist : The receptionist is responsible for providing effective customer service for all patrons including clients, and their families. He or she is expected to have in-depth knowledge of company procedures, and quality communication skills. You will be responsible for interfacing both internally and externally.

Personal Care Worker (PCW) : The PCW will be responsible for providing personal and supportive cares to participants. PCWs must be dependable and have reliable transportation. Must be able to provide proof of identification, current TB test results, solid references, and pass a background check. We are looking for kind, compassionate, and responsible caregivers to represent our company.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) : The CNA will be responsible for providing personal and supportive cares to participants. CNAs must be dependable and have reliable transportation. Must be able to provide proof of identification, CNA certification, current TB test results, solid references, and pass a background check. We are looking for kind, compassionate, and responsible caregivers to represent our company.

Registered Nurse (RN) : The RN must be participant focused, have a passion for participant resolution, and have the skill of motivating and influencing caregivers.You will work under the supervision of the Office Manager to develop and implement a Plan of Care(s) for participants and coordinate home care services which follows physician’s orders. You will ensure that services are delivered according to licensing guidelines, professional medical standards, as well as agency policies and procedures.
